Born in the United States and raised between Chicago, Illinois and Florida, Veena relocated to Playa del Carmen five years ago and is now a full-time and permanent resident of Mexico. Her background allows her to bridge international expectations with local market insight, providing clients with a well rounded and thoughtful perspective.

As a former homeowner in the United States and a current property owner in Mexico, Veena brings firsthand understanding to the cross-border buying process. Having personally navigated international Real Estate decisions, she is keenly aware of the considerations, nuances, and long-term vision that buyers often weigh when purchasing property abroad.

Prior to transitioning into real estate, Veena spent nearly a decade in the new home construction industry as a lead purchasing assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in planning, coordination, and the details that influence quality and value. Her professional experience is further complemented by property management work, allowing her to guide clients with insight that extends beyond the buying process and into confident, long-term ownership.
